personality : Vududu holds a go-getter personality that has proven to be difficult to hide amongst her peers as she wants people around her to see what exactly they're getting by passing through or moving into her circle : aggressive, not shy of honesty, and at times poor in reaction to things not going her way. Her already youthful energy along with her bold demeanor has a tendency to give others the impression that she's a wild child . . . or a bitch if they put it in less friendly terms. Vudu has decided to retire her presence from any educational institutes, but once upon a time, to kill time as well as make some attempt to better her knowledge and contribution to her skillsets, she attended classes that focused not only on destructive magical arts, but on (non-aetheric) medical practices as well as lore and history. you may have seen her sporting academy colors if the school required a uniform, and she was quite often an attentive and participative classmate - striving to be the first to call or shout out regardless of whether she knows the answer to a question or not. this may have given the possible impression of either being an overachiever or even a teacher's pet to her peers as she wasn't the most sociable to other students. maybe you've attended the same academies as her and wanted to outwit her and show what being a 'model student' is all about... or maybe joined her in the smart-aleck league to run the school... together.a practicer of arcane manipulation : she does not limit her education to study halls and classrooms. at the end of the day, she wishes to follow a certain side of her family's footsteps and grow into a versatile and unparalleled mage. she finds she improves and practices the best with a partner or mentor, never stepping foot into a library or drawing tomes on her own out of fear of tediousness or misjudging her own spell strength (an example of one accident being across her face). you may have seen her at the Thaumaturge's guild in Ul'Dah for a very brief time - only a week, to be exact - deciding that the complex nature of how the guild trains their pupils wasn't suitable to her wants (Or as she bluntly puts, felt more akin to joining a cult or voidpact). now she looks to scholars, mentors, pretty much anyone with the skill to train her aetheric manipulation to be at its full potential and more when her family isn't available to do so. want to give her a hand? Or perhaps a challenge?a socialite : she is not one to shy away from the nightlife - including various bar hopping, festive events, and competitive gatherings (her favorite, of course, focusing on the skill of alcohol consumption). when she is not focusing on her studies and (barely) pretending to be a contributing member of society, she can be commonly found at taverns or parties on the lookout for free souls and companions that can relate to her energy - albeit she finds it difficult sometimes due to her outspoken demeanor. perhaps you'll run into this lalafellin partier and find some vices and vibes you can relate to... but the opposite is possible too.

My name is 🌙, and I've been writing and roleplaying for 21 years from many corners of the internet: forums, gaming platforms, and various chat messengers (AIM anyone?). After a long hiatus from FFxiv, I have returned, and reveal Vududu as my offering to the rp gods.

Player's Note: You're not sick of Vududu yet? That's a good sign. SHE IS A DRAMA CHARACTER. If the idea of a sassy popoto giving your character a potentially bad time doesn't sit well in your stew, I highly recommend not trying to interact with her to see what happens. But if that doesn't boil your crockpot over, then that's wonderful. Lets see if your character throws punches at her . . . or with her. ♡
But lets come to a couple of agreements beforehand:

ADULTS ONLY [21+]I am a grown woman that only plays grown characters. I would very much like you (the player) and your character to be the same. (Well, you don't have to be a woman, but... you know what I mean.)
Dark or Mature themes can and have been explored, so I do not welcome roleplaying with minors.

IC ≠ OOCRemember what I said earlier about Vududu being a drama character? Do not take that as me being a drama player. I'm far from it, and I stay far away from that sort. If you can understand that a film actor is not the same as his character or that a book character is not the same as their writer, then you can understand that the content and people that I roleplay does not equate to me as a person.

MY STANCE ON:Combat RP: Absolutely! Rolls are preferred in the beginning, but as more certitude and connection is developed OOCly I'll become open to utilizing the trust system. If you're the type that gets real fancy with customized roll systems, I'll be more than happy to dabble with those depending on the complexity.
Maiming/Permadeath: Not permitted at this time.
Romance: Vudu is presently in a long-term monogamous relationship with no plans of infidelity or breaking things off at this time.
Metagaming: I don't fuck with that.
Godmodding: I don't fuck with that.
Lore Bending: Semi-flexible. As much as I'm usually a lore-whore and have recently reached endgame, I'm not quite satisfied with the amount that I've studied so far. With still so much to learn from the game - including some canon grey areas, I don't feel I'm in the position to be against a little bending.
Lore Breaking: NAW . . . as far as what I have learned so far and know for sure . . . I'd rather not partake.
